OTTO Work Force has appointed Ger Biermans (64) as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OTTO Holding. He succeeds Peter Verlegh, who will remain as the Special Adviser after 9 years as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OTTO.
Biermans is a well-known face at OTTO Work Force. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the largest international employment organisation in Europe. Biermans is also known for his work for the Senate. He was part of the VVD party from 2003 to 2011, where he dealt, among other things, with social and fiscal affairs. From 1986 to 2008, Biermans worked as a tax consultant at Deloitte and after that he began as an independent advisor to various companies. He is currently still doing this work.
